I felt the exact same. Not to get too high falutin' cuz you know I think I'm the worst, (also I don't think you got my Jersey Shore joke, which I milked 'til the bitter end) but holding life together with likeminded, curious (both ways) witnesses, talking about love as the greatest language and anything that brings us deeper into the radiant details of our daily life (especially the people in it) is... THE POINT of being alive. Can't wait for our next one. If your today is like your yesterday, you're the luckiest man alive.

That's the dream man...congrats ! And , it was a solid joke. Jokes like that get placed into the joke junk drawer for future use. They will become the dad jokes in the future...and still just as funny...even if it's just for you.

Yes, therapeutic practice is exactly like improv, like this conversation was improv! I loved listening. If I was part of your improv practice group, though, I'd say, slow the fuck down, you guys! Such good stuff you're hurling around; if you felt it more in your own bodies, moment by moment, we'd feel it with you, instead of hearing it go by so fast. That's part of the vulnerability of online improv, showing up in your own body, alone with the pace of your own breath. How do synchronize with your partner and your audience when they're behind glass? As you say more about heart opening, feel it in the moment. We'll feel it with you. Thanks!

*I* feel more human after reading this post. I've read the paragraph about Wilder and his cut countless times times now... it paints such a picture.

"Everything felt hyper real, extra special, super sensitive". It's catchy.
