I have been pursuing writing on and off for most of my life (wayyyy more off than on). While I ended up being a super strong writer for my old job, that was hardly my voice.
One thing I learned ages ago is that a writing mentor/coach/whatever has to “get” you. Otherwise it’s a painful exercise in frustration. I have a feeling you will get me. Cool beans.
