Had an epiphany the other day and, well, it’s sorta changed everything.
For the last few months and also years, I’ve spent a lion’s share (lion!! share!!) of my time trying to court NEW paid subscribers to join the BAT party.
“Come on in,” I say, “the water is lemonade!"
This makes a twisted sort of sense. I was seeking gr*wth and so I thought “ah yes well lemme just lure my free subscribers into paying with [insert dumb thing here].”
And sometimes it even worked. If you arrived here because of one of those dumb ploys, THANK YOU lol. I’m not ragging on this strategy whole hog (hog!), but I am saying that by spending 100% of my time on trying to get new people to join the party I have spent ZERO time actually being at the party.
I haven’t spent diddly doo in making this an amazing experience for you, the paid subscribers.
