Q: How do I fix my life?
I moved to a new country and finished a masters in a technical field (after working in the humanities),
I now have a data science job I struggle at, watching my friends progress, and am feeling stuck. I live with severe depression and anxiety, but think the chunk of my setbacks are down to unhealthy coping mechanisms like ghosting.
Negative self talk is quite literally crippling me. I find it hard to be alive, not suicidal, just everyday is unbearable.
Not sure how to proceed or if it is even fixable.
