The real deal

For a while now, I've tried finding a place to put all my little halfbaked ideas that was public but wasn’t itself a Substack post. Something between ‘my diary’ and ‘my finished work.’

There is something about writing for an audience that makes my work better, more legible, funnier. AND it is precisely from these scribbles that my best ideas for essays most often come.

So lo! beho! when a few days ago I came across this Bits and Bobs document which is essentially a google doc list of musings by another fella named Alex.

The magic part is that people can (and do) interact in the comments. I love that!

So I decided to give it a try!
